This month hosted Anti-Bullying week. As an initiative, the Hampshire FA shared an open letter from a parent of a young referee, which our club encourage you to read.
As a club, we’re committed to protecting all young people involved in football, whether they’re players, volunteers, or our future referees. We want to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
If you witness any unacceptable conduct towards young referees, please reach out to our Club Welfare Officers, accordingly.
Wanderers Coaches Workshops
We have initiated a series of Coaching Workshop Sessions, starting from November. These sessions provide a platform for deeper engagement with our coaches, fostering a collaborative environment where we delve into the club’s ethos, explore best practices, and exchange valuable ideas.
We are committed to continuing these sessions in the future, ensuring that our coaches continue to receive the support and recognition they deserve.
Whiteley Wanderers in the Community
Whiteley Wanderers U8’s Visit Staplewood
Making memories, inspiring our young and having fun!
A huge thank you to Southampton FC for hosting a couple of our Whiteley Wanderers U8’s Teams at Staplewood over a couple of weekends in November.
Opportunities and experiences like this teach us about teamwork, sportsmanship and will inspire our young stars to continue to work hard and chase their dreams.
NOVEMBER SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT
It’s important we continue to recognise our amazing sponsors who allow us, our teams and our community to play football.
This month we wanted to say thank you to SGFleet, JN Flooring and Hyundai for your continued support.
